Bob is an Associate at Liverpool Partners and has over five years of experience across M&A advisory, capital raising and corporate lending. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Bob worked at CLSA, Venture Advisory and Westpac Institutional Bank with a focus on technology, media and telecommunications.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Brad is a Managing Partner of Liverpool Partners. Previously he spent c.10 years as a senior investment professional at Archer Capital, a leading mid-market Australian Private Equity Fund where he was responsible for transaction identification, deal execution and portfolio management and led or co-led transactions with collective enterprise value in excess of A$1bn. In prior roles, Brad was a Group Executive Director at Seven Group Holdings (SVW.ASX), an ASX 200 listed conglomerate with responsibilities including the Chair of AllightSykes and the advisory Board of CMC Capital (a Chinese based technology/media PE fund). Brad was also the Managing Director and head of Australia/NZ for Coast2Coast Capital, a global mid-market private equity fund based in South Africa.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) with majors in Finance and Government from the University of Sydney where was the President of the University of Sydney Student Union. Brad is also a NSW Government appointed director on the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport.

Catt is the Finance Manager at Liverpool Partners. She has over 5 years’ experience in corporate and fund accounting as well as operations, including HR and payroll.
Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Catt was a Senior Finance Associate at Pacific Equity Partners and worked in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young.
Catt is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales.

Craig is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Liverpool Partners. He has accumulated experience across the UK, Australia and NZ, working across private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory and funds management. Craig brings a broad range of expertise across healthcare, transport & logistics, infrastructure, real estate and professional services on transactions totalling ~$1bn.
Craig is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), completed the CFA UK Certificate in Investment Management (IMC), and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.

James is an Investment Manager at Liverpool Partners and has over five years’ experience advising on Corporate Finance, Taxation and Business Advisory matters. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, James held a Senior Analyst role with Crowe Horwath.
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Jonathan is the Managing Partner and Founder of Liverpool Partners. He has extensive experience as both an investor and adviser across sectors in private equity, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and operational management. He previously worked at Arowana, a specialist mid-market investment group. He has over 15 years of senior experience in the corporate mid-market across both public and unlisted markets in industry sectors such as mining services, media, publishing, software, retail and infrastructure services.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business with Double Majors in Accounting and Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Technology Sydney, post graduate qualifications in Corporate and Applied Finance (FINSIA) as well as the CAIA qualification.

Laura is an Investment Analyst at Liverpool Partners and has over four years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Laura held an Associate role within ING’s Acquisition Finance and Structured Lending team in Amsterdam.
Laura holds a MSc. in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, a LL.M. in Financial Law from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, and has passed CFA levels I and II.

Nathan is an Analyst at Liverpool Partners and has over two years of experience working on tax and accounting matters. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Nathan held roles at Deloitte and EY.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from the University of New South Wales.

Rachelle is the Finance Director of Liverpool Partners. She has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, including operational and HR management.
Rachelle is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Bill is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. He has been involved in Investment Banking and Stockbroking for over 30 years.
Bill was previously a long-time Hill Samuel, Macquarie Bank executive retiring in 2010 after over 27 years with the Investment Bank. During this time, he held a variety of senior management positions including the first Sydney Branch Manager of the retail bank, Managing Director of Macquarie Equities and joint head of Macquarie Underwriting Limited.

Heith is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. Heith has been involved in the media, education and technology sectors over the past 25 years. Heith is currently the non-executive Chair of UP Education in New Zealand and a previous non-executive Chair of hipages, LiteracyPlanet and the Vision Australia Foundation as well as a previous non-executive Director of ASX listed LifeHealthcare and Bailador Technology Investments. In Heith’s prior executive career, he was the founding CEO of Sterling Early Education, the Global CEO and Managing Director of Study Group and CEO for PBL Media New Zealand. Heith also held senior executive positions with Australian Consolidated Press and worked in sales and marketing roles for PepsiCo around Australia.

James has over 25 years’ experience working in the media and technology sector and has held industry and advisory roles at a local and international level. James is currently the Chairman of Impulse Screen Media and was a previous non-executive Chairman of ASX listed data & analytics business, Skyfii. In James’ prior executive career he was the Managing Director of Accenture Digital, Group Chief Operating Officer of Seven Group Holdings and was a Partner in KPMG’s Advisory practice. James was one of the founders and directors of Imagine broadband Ltd and was a director of WesTrac and Coates Hire during his time at Seven Group.
James holds Bachelor of Electronic & Electrical Engineering (Hons) from Loughborough University, UK and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, FIEAust CPEng and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

John is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. He has over 25 years’ experience in the health care sector throughout Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, John held both senior financial and management roles at a business unit level together with group executive roles with responsibility over multiple business units.
John has direct experience in the management of private hospitals, medical centres, pathology, radiology, nutraceutical manufacturing and pharmacy distribution businesses, and has held Executive Director roles in private and publicly listed healthcare companies with turnover of up to in excess of $3 billion.
