Jonathan is the Managing Partner and Founder of Liverpool Partners. He has extensive experience as both an investor and adviser across sectors in private equity, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and operational management. He previously worked at Arowana, a specialist mid-market investment group. He has over 15 years of senior experience in the corporate mid-market across both public and unlisted markets in industry sectors such as mining services, media, publishing, software, retail and infrastructure services.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business with Double Majors in Accounting and Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Technology Sydney, post graduate qualifications in Corporate and Applied Finance (FINSIA) as well as the CAIA qualification.

Brad is a Managing Partner of Liverpool Partners. Previously he spent c.10 years as a senior investment professional at Archer Capital, a leading mid-market Australian Private Equity Fund where he was responsible for transaction identification, deal execution and portfolio management and led or co-led transactions with collective enterprise value in excess of A$1bn. In prior roles, Brad was a Group Executive Director at Seven Group Holdings (SVW.ASX), an ASX 200 listed conglomerate with responsibilities including the Chair of AllightSykes and the advisory Board of CMC Capital (a Chinese based technology/media PE fund). Brad was also the Managing Director and head of Australia/NZ for Coast2Coast Capital, a global mid-market private equity fund based in South Africa.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) with majors in Finance and Government from the University of Sydney where was the President of the University of Sydney Student Union. Brad is also a NSW Government appointed director on the Board of the NSW Institute of Sport.

Ania is a Finance Director at Liverpool Partners and is an experienced chartered accountant with over sixteen years of experience. Prior to joining Liverpool partners, Ania worked for a hedge fund business in South Africa as a Financial Manager for over ten years.
Ania holds an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Daniel is a Finance Manager at Liverpool Partners with ten years of experience working in Sydney, New York and Singapore. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Daniel held roles at Macquarie Asset Management and completed a cadetship at KPMG.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Rob joined Liverpool Partners in 2023 and is involved in Seisma and Zenitas as well as sourcing and executing new opportunities. Prior to joining, Rob was at Next Capital where he was involved in a number of new investments and portfolio management. Rob was also formerly with Morgan Stanley in New York working in their general industrials team.
Rob holds a Bachelors Degree majoring in Economics from Columbia University.

James is an Investment Manager at Liverpool Partners and has over five years’ experience advising on Corporate Finance, Taxation and Business Advisory matters. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, James held a Senior Analyst role with Crowe Horwath.
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

James is an Investment Associate at Liverpool Partners with a background in investment banking across sponsors, technology, general industrials, and real estate. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, James was an Associate at Credit Suisse. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Nick is a Structuring and Product Manager at Liverpool Partners and has over four years’ experience working on investment and fund structuring as a lawyer. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Nick held roles at Gilbert + Tobin and MinterEllison.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Aleks has over four years’ experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking across Australasia. Prior to joining, Aleks held roles with Waterman Capital and Macquarie Capital, in Auckland, New Zealand.
Aleks holds a conjoint Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Molecular Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Econometrics) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Michael is an Investment Associate at Liverpool Partners. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, he spent four years with Ernst & Young’s M&A Strategy & Transactions team in Sydney and New York, advising private equity and strategic clients on M&A transactions.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Rob is an Investment Associate at Liverpool Partners and has 3 years’ experience working in investment banking. Prior to joining Liverpool Partners, Rob held roles at Gresham Partners and Merrill Lynch.

Amelia holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Tax) from University of Technology Sydney and is currently undertaking a Masters of Sustainability from the University of Sydney.

Toral is an Accountant at Liverpool Partners. She has 15 years’ accounting experience in management, financial, operational and fund accounting and tax compliance and reporting.
Toral holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing. She also holds a Master of Commerce in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a diploma in Australian Corporations Law from Macquarie University.

Bill is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. He has been involved in Investment Banking and Stockbroking for over 30 years.
Bill was previously a long-time Hill Samuel, Macquarie Bank executive retiring in 2010 after over 27 years with the Investment Bank. During this time, he held a variety of senior management positions including the first Sydney Branch Manager of the retail bank, Managing Director of Macquarie Equities and joint head of Macquarie Underwriting Limited.

Craig has over 20 years of industry and investment experience. Most recently he was an industry advisor with EQT, one of the world’s leading technology private equity firms. Craig partnered with private equity, family businesses, family offices and alternative asset managers. He was formerly a board member of Craveable Brands and CEO of Oporto. Craveable Brands was a top 50 private company in Australia. He has extensive operational, board and M&A experience. He has strategically lead brands, digital transformations, innovation, digital ecosystems, AI, M&A and integrations.
Craig is a former investment banker with J.P. Morgan and Rothschild completing transactions across 20 different countries.
Craig has completed Advanced Management Program (Harvard), Strategy and Innovation (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors (with Order of Merit); Masters of Applied Finance; Chartered Accountant; Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) receiving PriceWaterhouseCoopers prize. Awarded Global Sovereign Advisor of the Year (Euromoney) 2008/9. Former YPO Executive Committee member and Learning Officer.

Heith is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. Heith has been involved in the media, education and technology sectors over the past 25 years. Heith is currently the non-executive Chair of UP Education Limited in New Zealand, non-executive director of Liverpool Partners’ portfolio company Orro Holdings Limited and a non-executive director of Southern Cross Media Group Limited (ASX:SXL). Heith is a previous non-executive Chair of hipages Group Limited, LiteracyPlanet and the Vision Australia Foundation as well as a previous non-executive Director of ASX listed LifeHealthcare and Bailador Technology Investments.
In Heith’s prior executive career, he was the founding CEO of Sterling Early Education, the Global CEO and Managing Director of Study Group and CEO for PBL Media New Zealand. Heith also held senior executive positions with Australian Consolidated Press and worked in sales and marketing roles for PepsiCo around Australia.

James is an Operational Advisor to Liverpool Partners. James has over 25 years’ experience working in the media and technology sector and has held industry and advisory roles at a local and international level. James is currently serving as Chairman of Merchant Wise Group, Chairman of Seisma Pty Ltd and a non-executive director of Integrated Research (ASX:IRI), Boom Logistics (ASX:BOL), and Orbx Limited. James was previously non-executive Chairman of Skyfii (ASX:SKF). In James’ prior executive career, he was the Managing Director of Accenture Digital, Group Chief Operating Officer of Seven Group Holdings, and a Partner of KPMG. James was one of the founders and directors of Imagine broadband Ltd and was a director of WesTrac and Coates Hire during his time at Seven Group.
James holds Bachelor of Electronic & Electrical Engineering (BEng Hons) from Loughborough University, UK and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, FIEAust CPEng EngExec and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
